About Nina
Nina Havelind, a Southern California native and accomplished real estate professional for over 30 years, specializes in knowledge of real estate contracts/disclosures and is highly proficient in negotiating deals with her clients’ best interests in mind. Nina considers education - both clients and fellow real estate agents - an important part of her role as a Realtor. She has guided her clients through hundreds of transactions, holding their hands from start to finish, and has mentored a plethora of new agents who have gone on to have successful real estate careers. Her business is based mainly on referrals from satisfied clients. Providing excellent service to buyers and sellers is a priority for Nina in order to earn their loyalty, trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Professionally, Nina has a passion for staging and beautifully marketing homes. When you list with us, you won’t need to worry about how to prepare your home for showing as she will enthusiastically walk you through the process. Personally, Nina loves to travel and is a sports enthusiast. She looks forward to going on new adventures with her family which may include a trip or two to watch her favorite teams.
About Matt
Matt Hartman believes that property ownership is one of the most significant determinants of upward mobility, the foundational block of wealth building and the cornerstone of the American Dream. Growing up around technology, Matt has always put innovation at the forefront of how he runs businesses. He values effectiveness over flashiness and believes the best technology in real estate is what the clients don’t see. He learned early on that technology allowed him to be more effective with less effort and when properly leveraged, it freed up his time to invest in the service and care of clients. While he has started and invested in several successful technology companies, Real Estate has always been Matt’s calling and helping people achieve their dreams through real estate is his idea of the perfect career.
Matt is naturally analytical and loves numbers, however he loves to apply both analytical and creative strategies to negotiating them. He believes in thoughtful win/win negotiation strategies that keep transactions running smoothly, avoiding the tension and aggravation that real estate deals are known to cause. Matt loves music, camping, bonfires, playing any game/sport, and traveling with his wife and daughters. He can play several musical instruments just well enough to impress for a few minutes.
